At RecyKeys (RecyKeys.com), we are committed to offering a clear, transparent, and fair purchasing experience. As all products are supplied digitally and delivered shortly after payment confirmation, eligibility for refunds depends primarily on the activation status of the licence key.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and associated sales channels. Customers are advised to review it carefully before completing an order.


2. 30-Day Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the original date of purchase. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@recykeys.com within this period.

Requests received after the 30-day window may not qualify for consideration. Each request is assessed individually to ensure a fair and reasonable outcome in line with our internal procedures and applicable UK consumer protection laws.


3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be granted if the licence key has not been redeemed, activated, installed, or associated with any device, system, or user account.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a key has been used or successfully activated, the product is deemed delivered and consumed. Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to confirm system compatibility and review product requirements prior to activation.


4. Verification Process

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, RecyKeys reserves the right to verify the activation status of any licence key before approving a refund.

This verification process may include technical validation checks with suppliers or relevant activation systems to confirm whether the key has been redeemed. Approval of any refund is strictly subject to confirmation that the product remains unused.


5. Situations Where Refunds Cannot Be Granted

Refunds cannot be issued if the licence key has been redeemed, activated, installed, linked to an account, or otherwise used.

Refunds will also not be granted where:

  • Incompatibility results from failure to review product specifications prior to purchase;

  • The request is submitted outside the 30-day refund period.

As digital goods are delivered instantly, customers assume responsibility for reviewing product details and ensuring suitability before activation.


6. Processing of Refunds

If a refund request is approved, reimbursement will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

The timeframe for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and transaction method. RecyKeys is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial services.


7. Exchanges and Replacements

If a licence key proves defective or cannot be activated despite correct installation and usage procedures, RecyKeys will provide appropriate assistance and, where applicable, a replacement key.

If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be considered in accordance with this policy. Each situation is reviewed carefully to determine the most appropriate resolution.
