6. Delivery

7. Redemption and Use of Digital Products
Licence keys should be activated within a reasonable timeframe following purchase.
Once a licence key has been redeemed, activated, or linked to a device or account, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return or refund.
The buyer is responsible for verifying software compatibility and ensuring that their system meets the relevant requirements before completing the purchase.
8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
RecyKeys provides a voluntary 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, the buyer must contact support@recykeys.com. Refunds may only be granted if the licence key has not been redeemed, activated, or used in any manner.
Once a digital product has been activated or utilised, refunds, exchanges, or returns are no longer possible. RecyKeys reserves the right to verify the activation status prior to approving any refund request.
9. Delay or Failure to Deliver
If delivery is significantly delayed for reasons not attributable to the buyer, the buyer may request completion of delivery, cancellation of the order, or a refund.
All claims must be submitted in writing. RecyKeys will promptly investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

All keys are provided with a functional activation guarantee. If activation issues arise, support is available to assist.
